We start with a conversation to understand your vision, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences. Our design team provides expert guidance on materials, colors, and weave techniques.

Samples & Design Refinement

Receive physical material samples and detailed design specifications. We collaborate with you to refine every detail—from texture to color palette—ensuring the final piece perfectly matches your vision.

Production & Delivery

Our master artisans craft your rug at our mill in India. We provide production updates throughout the 8-12 week timeline, then coordinate white-glove delivery and professional installation.

What's the typical lead time for custom rugs?

Custom pieces typically take 8-12 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders may be available—contact our team to discuss your timeline.

Do you ship and install internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. White-glove delivery and professional installation are included for projects over 50m². We have experience with customs clearance and international logistics for a seamless experience.

Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?

We welcome walk-ins during business hours, but appointments are strongly recommended. Private showings allow our design specialists to provide personalized attention and prepare samples relevant to your project.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit upon design approval, with the balance due before shipment. We accept wire transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Trade accounts available for design professionals.

Do you offer design consultation services?

Yes, complimentary initial consultations are available in-person at our Miami showroom or via video call. Our design team can advise on materials, sizing, color coordination, and integration with your overall design concept.
